Overview

Welder (Aluminum & Stainless-steel works), responsibilities include Accomplishing department objectives by Ensuring that all welds meet quality assurance standards. Determines appropriate welds, as per project specifications and quality assurance standards. Efficiently and effectively managing time and resources.

Specific Skills
  • Design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Welding/grinding procedures.
  • TIG & MIG welding techniques.
  • Pass all skill tests.
Responsible For
  • Accomplish welding jobs received in high quality and within a time frame that doesn’t delay the manufacturing line.
  • Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of different widths.
  • Set up welding equipment and tools (MIG and TIG).
  • Finish and inspect products for quality.
  • Follow all safety guidelines as noted in the Safety Manual.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
