Responsible For
Assembles and connect fiberglass hulls, decks, and small parts together as per the blueprint, also cut and drill the fiberglass parts of the boats by using power tools.Install conduit to bulkheads with brackets and screws, using hand tools, and thread wires through conduit to terminals, such as connection boxes, circuit breakers, voltage regulators, and switch panels.Strip insulation from wire ends and solder ends to terminals, using stripping pliers and soldering iron. Connect power-supply circuits to radio, radar, sonar, fire control, and other electronic equipment.Construct instrument panels, using hand tools, rulers, dividers, and power drills, following specifications.Perform maintenance and repair of generators, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, electrical motors, distribution panels, alarm, and lighting circuits.Fitting fuel tanks and skin fittings.Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment to the specification of the boat.Installing accessories as per customer orders.Assembles and connects fiberglass hulls, decks, and small parts together as per the blueprint, also cut and drill the fiberglass parts of the boats by using power tools.General marine fitting tasks.Installing of dash and consoles.Cut foam, foaming boats, and install flooring.Move boats in and out of the factory into required fit-out bays.General laboring duties, cross-training in other sections where required.
